Mon projet serait de sensibiliser les elus locaux à l'idée d'un changement de constitution,la 5eme republique a bien prouvé son inefficacité ainsi que ses contradictions quant au principe de democratie.Je recherche des personnes qui se sont inscrites sur ce site afin d'en debattre,originaires de la marne.merci!!!
